The Adolescence Project
The Adolescence Project: Giving Children A Voice
In an era where "connection" is measured in likes rather than eye contact and shared silence, our young people are more connected yet more isolated than ever. The Adolescence Project is a transformative coaching/counselling group designed for ages 11–17, inspired by the profound, award-winning "Adolescence" Netflix program.

Evolve Life Coaching College have created a dedicated space for teenagers to reclaim their narrative in a world that often tells it for them.
To the parents: We know that parenting in 2026 feels different. While your children are more "connected" than any generation in history, the distance between digital interaction and true emotional confidence seems to be growing.
If you’ve noticed your teen struggling to step away from the screen, facing dips in self-esteem, or finding it difficult to express their feelings face-to-face, you aren't alone.
From April 2026 we are putting together age appropriate groups for early evening sessions at our base at 17 Percy Street, London W1T 1DU (close to Goodge St tube).
Unlike any other college Evolve are unique, our sessions are designed to be engaging and interactive miles away from the "clinical" feel of traditional therapy. We will be using a mix of peer discussion, creative expression, and resilience coaching to ensure every teen feels seen and heard.
We will encourage conversation with connection, humour and advanced empathy and we will be there to listen to day to day life problems, move beyond text-speak to help teens articulate complex emotions and shift the focus from external validation (likes/comments) to internal resilience and self-acceptance.
Price per child is £30 per 90 minute weekly session and if you are a parent/guardian or know someone who needs this please register your interest below or reach out 07855660390.
